Business studies or professional education in business administration;
Experiences in: Sourcing / Procurement of IT, Contract Management, managing of service providers, (Software-) Asset- and Claims-Management
Structured, analytical and independent way of working;
Pronounced ability to communicate in German and English language (in word, in writing and in contracting);
Negotiation skills and ability to assert oneself. Ability to act as moderator / interface with related parties;
Solution- and customer oriented;
Team minded. Experienced in working together with worldwide distributed / international teams.
Support in designing and compliance with Commercial Governance aspects within Strategic Sourcing in the Information Management (IM) at HELLA-Group;
Support of the IT-departments and Business Divisions as contact person for procurement of IT. Close cooperation with purchasing department, information security as well as legal- and tax-experts in preparing and negotiating contracts;
Design and realization of strategies for different groups of IT goods and services;
Central contact person for strategic supplier/ provider (Hardware, Software and Cloud, Projects/Consulting/Services;
Communication/Data etc.). Market analysis and regular Benchmarking of strategic supplier- and partner- portfolios;
Contract Analytics. Proceeding of value analysis. Identification and realization of possible improvements.
