    Cerinte

    Experience in Requirements Management, Quality, Systems Management or Research and Development area (5-6 years);
    Technical University degree;
    Presentation & moderation skills;
    Fluent in English & German in writing and speaking;
    High degree of customer orientation;
    Structured working method;
    IT knowledge (IBM DOORs, A. I. (NLP)).

    Responsabilitati

    General customer requirement documents are an important factor for the development of new products in the automotive branch. The contained requirements are assessed, via the sales negotiated and in case of need, implemented into the organization.

    For this, you will have the following main responsibilities:

    Ensuring that all relevant customer requirements are properly assessed, evaluated, negotiated and if required implemented;
    Identify external requirements and serving them where required in an economic setup without any time delay.
    Autonomously pre-assessing of documents / requirements regarding relevance and strategic fit;
    Identify and support the identification of experts for the assessment regarding acceptance;
    Enforce the assessment by the requested experts by continuous tracking, reporting, and escalation;
    Ensuring the quality of the assessment by evaluating the feedback of the assessors;
    Enforce an alignment between the experts in case of need;
    Drive holistic decision with involvement of the governance boards including documentation of the decision and information of relevant organizations.
