Supply / HVAC Engineer/ Energy Management Engineer, 5-10 yr experience in Supply /HVAC Planning and Projects;
Experience in Energy Management, Project Management and international experience of advantage;
MEP, HVAC Conceptual Planning & Design;
Business Case Calculations (Discounted Cash Flow);
Proven conceptual thinking and analytical skills;
Structured working methods;
Collaborative, very good communications – verbally, presentations, written;
Very Good English, (German or other languages desirable).

Calculating & Dimensioning supply technology project ideas, calculate business cases and propose priorities (for Europe region);
Analyzing and validating of energy data/generating reports and KPI's (strong support for Europe region);
Steering of Energy Management initiatives towards local level with experts from Operations and Facility Management to obtain synergy effects;
Performing internal energy audits and concluding optimization potentials;
Tracing energy laws and legal requirements to stay compliant (e.g. mandatory reports, energy audits, CO2 emission trading, cost benefits, grants);
Extension, maintenance and optimization of energy monitoring system and reporting;
Coordinating and executing regional projects with a clear focus on high performance of project teams and predefined goals;
Functional reporting to Energy Management Lippstad.
