    Educational Background:
    High School Degree
    IT technical certifications
    Experience:
    3+ years in Help Desk.
    3+ years experience with Microsoft Windows technologies

    Responsibilities

    JOB PURPOSE:
    Assure the Help Desk support and basic tasks related to organization's information technology
    infrastructure, including computers, servers, peripherals devices, mobile devices, local networks, software setup

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Assure Help Desk service through ticketing application and direct support for hardware and software issues
    Distribute new computers and install software for users
    Basic management tasks for computers, servers, network devices and multifunctional printers
    JOB TASKS:
    Solve assigned tickets from Help Desk system
    Open tickets in Help Desk system on behalf of Users
    Install IT equipment to users
    Assure IT infrastructure physical inventory
    Solve day-to-day IT issues of a Windows 10 environment with 100+ end users
    Troubleshoot basic wired and Wi-Fi LAN problems
    Search for new products, beta testing and debugging
    Mentor and train with senior staff to increase technical expertise in all IT areas
    Collaborate with IT outsourcing companies
