    Requirements

    Good negotiation skills;
    Driving licence;
    Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years;
    Knowledge about the real estate market in the allocated area;
    Effective communication skills to communicate both with landlords & colleagues;
    Team player;
    Ability to multitask

    Responsibilities

    Actively searching for suitable premises in the area that has been allocated to him
    Creating connections with landlords owning the premises in which Superbet might be interested
    Active communication with Head of Real Estate, Retail Sales Managers, Slots Managers, SBMT
    Proposing best deals in Superbet interest
    Understanding & mapping the data about Superbet & competition premises
