    Professional know-how regarding organizational development processes – L&D, engagement, performance, talent, mentoring, succession
    Professional experience facilitating training in a corporate environment or training company.
    Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs (assess needs, plan, develop, delivering, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate)
    Bachelor’s degree required.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Design skills & use of blended learning methodology.
    Advanced organizational and presentation skills with high attention to details
    Excellent command of English
    A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
    Availability to travel
    Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    Responsabilitati

    Diagnose organizational symptomatology to identify root causes and ways to support the main stakeholders to meet the business results.
    Gather relevant organizational data to diagnose organizational stage and effectiveness.
    Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
    Diagnose organizational needs and customize interventions based on stakeholder’s context and reality.
    Propose and implement solutions for critical business challenges (e.g., people retention, efficiency, engagement, etc.)
    Conduct needs assessments to determine the organization’s development needs.
    Work collaboratively with management and HRBP lines to develop strategies and tactics designed to meet targeted needs.
    Assist leaders to enhance employee performance.
    Drive the design and implementation of leadership talent development.
    Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
    Integrate a range of developmental experiences which may include 360-degree feedback, classroom/virtual training programs, coaching, mentoring, job assignments, and individual development plans.
    Plans, Facilitate, and evaluates tailored learning experiences programs adapted to roles and activities of the employees that can easily connect the employees with business goals.
    Serve as an internal talent management consultant on all areas that are related to the Talent Development function
