    Project management/ account management: 1-2 years’ experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high growth environment
    Inter-personal skills: a fantastic people person, skilled in managing different stakeholders and identifying problems before they happen, resilient, and manages to persevere even if facing resistance.
    Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through; Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion.
    Organized with high attention to detail: a highly organized and detail orientated person.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Advanced organizational and presentation skills with high attention to details
    Excellent command of English
    A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
    Tech-savvy in tools and platforms relevant to the L&D field


    Project manage TD projects, so they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
    Maintain detailed records of the progress of current projects.
    Facilitate project meetings, during the project lifecycle.
    Manage and deliver multiple digital design and development projects.
    Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
    Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress: ensure that appropriate documentation is produced and maintained for all projects including project overview, project plans, reports, meeting notes, and project budget trackers.
    Contribute to TD projects by doing research around best practices and developing content.
    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    Manage the relationships with all stakeholders throughout project life cycles.
    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    Perform and assess risk management to minimize project risks and escalate project risks to management when needed.
    Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
    Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
    Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement tactics and execution of TD initiatives and projects.
