•Absolvent de studii medii;
•Abilitati de comunicare si planificare;
•Bun management al situatiilor de stres;
•Orientare catre rezultat si rezolvare de probleme

•Responsabil de constructia echipamentelor de test si a subansamblelor;
•Construieste piese de schimb pentru echipamentele de test;
•Raporteaza greselile gasite in schemele electrice (daca este cazul);
•Completeaza lista de materiale necesare constructiei echipamentelor de test (BOM-uri), unde este cazul si ofera feedback inginerului de dezvoltare daca observa ca lipsesc anumite materiale;
•Colaboreaza eficient cu inginerul de dezvoltare;
•Urmareste ca materialele, produsele si echipamentele sa corespunda din punct de vedere al calitatii;
•Colaboreaza cu team leader-ul si coordonatorul de proiect pentru constructia echipamentelor.
