•At least 2 years experience in a similar position;
•Practical experience in industrial engineering and lean manufacturing topics;
•Experience in organizing and conducting improvement workshops & trainings;
•Advanced English language skills;
•SAP experience in work center and routings management is an advantage;
•Initiative and proactive attitude, perseverant in obtaining results;
•International steering and management of theOperational Excellence and Industrial Engineering activities within theBusiness Division to ensure that Lean Production is applied at all locations.
•Further develop the HELLAProduction system (HelPS) and the Roadmap Systematic in order to continuouslyimprove the quality of the processes and products, create standard solutionsfor improvements. Providesupport during planning and steering of the HelPS Roadmaps.
•Drive thedefinition of educational training concepts and create training material withregards to Lean Production, Continuous Improvement and IndustrialEngineering. Guide, train, train the trainer, coach and qualify theOperational Excellence and Industrial Engineering organization includingonboarding and roll-out of new Processes, Methods and Tools.
•Support OperationsManagement in managing the improvement program as regional LPO. Verify theimprovement ideas are GE FIT relevant, check and improve the calculationmethods, the measure quality and report the status of the programs.
•Planning, tracking and achieving project, quality, timing and commercial targets ensuring internal alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
•Analyzing and evaluating processes as well as deriving improvement suggestions for reorganization and optimization of existing processes (CIP).
