- Relevant experience in complex IT financial/insurance projects
- Computer literate with an understanding of the software development process and information system concepts
- High level of customer orientation
- Ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment and to produce accurate result
- Define functional specifications and solution design;
- Support business in requirements collection and definition of features/epics/user stories
- Interact with technical teams
- Basic Java knowledge (no development experience required)
- Knowledge of SQL is mandatory
- Understanding of release and deployment process
- Prepare the documentation of the customer requirements / problems
- Preparation and verification of test environments before UAT phases
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and problem-solving approach
- Good time management skills and the ability to manage own workload
- German & English- advanced

- Analyze and detail requirements and defects with the specialist staff
- Check cross-divisional implementation alternatives and develop them in coordination with IT
- Develop implementation proposals
- Coordination with the architecture
- Adapting business rules
- Test after implementation and if necessary already during implementation together with IT
- Independently monitor the scheduling of demands and defects
- Independently monitor progress
- Actively report problems
