We are proud to recruit for our reliable partner, an experienced Production Plant Manager in Timisoara.
 
Job requirements:
-Engineering or Economy graduate;
-Good knowledge of English language (Italian is a plus);
-5 years experience as Production Plant Manager in a shoe factory;
-Good knowledge of planning production and efficiency controlling & continuous improvement.

-Collaborates with General Management to achieve general and production objectives;
-Manages the production process independently, ensuring delivery on time with the defined quality standards;
-Ensures the implementation of directives and plans within the defined deadlines, through the efficient and effective management of the resources under his/her responsibilities;
-Is accountable for implements correction plan to meet assigned targets;
-With the technical team improves the industrialization processes, highlighting any problems encountered;
-Maintains and improves the motivation and professionalism of employees by assigning them objectives and tasks, promotes their professional competence, and assessing their results;
-Promotes, through the preparation of specific plans, the training of the assigned resources;
-Assures that rules are respected by production staff;
-Applies and enforces company and group directives, policies, and procedures (by co-workers);
-Provides periodic reports to the headquarter management;
-Defines the order production planning;
-Analyses and optimizes the production process in compliance with the company quality standard.
