    Connect44 was founded in the heart of Switzerland. Our goal was to support Telecom Operators and Equipment Manufacturers to design, manage and Optimise Mobile Networks. Starting with some of the first 2G voice networks, we began to grow our team of professionals to equip ourselves for new projects with new technologies and new ways of working. Investing substantial amounts of our budget on training, we started to move into 3G then 4G. Soon came the changes to IP networks, VOIP and preparing networks for large amounts of data by modernisation of old analogue networks to the digital standards. Over the past years Connect44 has steadily developed key longterm partnerships with its clients in many European countries with offices in Switzerland, UK, Germany, France, Romania and Chile.

    Requirements

    Strong verbal communication skill German (C1/C2) and English
    Strong reporting and analysis skills
    Customer service oriented
    Overview of support and maintenance
    Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
    Conscientiousness and high accuracy in work
    Service orientation
    Flexible attitude and can do attitude
    1 Year + Experience

    Responsibilities

    Resolve incidents, service requests and queries via phone, e-mail or ticket-system regarding all supported applications
    Define priority of incidents and follow up
    Issue escalations proactively to management or IT support whenever necessary
    Co-ordinate and track resolution activities
    Permanent optimization activities, maintenance and enhancements for own support tools are part of the role
    Documentation of workflow
    Interaction with involved parties like application support or business departments or external parties and with the IT teams and other stakeholders for incident closure/ request fulfilment
    Responds to access requests by creating/modifying/deleting accounts and applying role based access rules in assigning application access and user rights
