Economic university degree;
4-6 year of experience in a big four company or FMCG,
Good knowledge in finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles;
Very good capabilities to communicate in English- good verbal and written communication;
Strong technical capabilities of using Excel, Access and Navision or other ERP systems, SQL is a plus
ACCA/CIMA certificate and strong IFRS reporting knowledge;
Dynamic and analytical thinking;
Ability to organise its activity and to work with tight deadlines;
Proactivity and positive attitude, result oriented;
Ability to speak up and express their opinion even on very senior forums
Capability to work independent, flexibility, organised, initiative, good team member, motivated, oriented on result and accuracy.
Involved in the preparation of company’s revenues and expense budget as well as in the preparation of the updated / amended versions (Forecast);
Follows-up the budget execution and the deviation from the approved targets;
Involved in the preparation of other financial reports and forecasts requested by the company’s management;
Involved in preparation of business cases for any new company undertakings;
Analyzes and proposes better resource allocation;
Is actively involved in discussions with local management as well as headquarter departments to understand their needs and evaluate the efficiency of their spend;
Works closely with other finance departments to ensure that proper communication flow is maintained and there is no double work;
Coordinate the collection of information from operational department, information necessary for the preparation of the budget and / or other reporting / financial analysis;
Prepares analysis per expense categories, cost centres, etc. in order to identify potential errors / deviations from standards;
Proposes solutions in order to rectify potential errors as well as to increase efficiency / reduce costs;
