Experience in telecom field
Understanding telecommunication networks and network elements;
English and Italian medium level;
Ability to create constructive relationships, influence, and communicate to multiple stakeholders, including client management;
Availability to work in shifts (day and night);

We are looking for a 1st Level Operations Engineer with English and Italian able to collect, classify and interpret information. Responsible for the coordination, support, and execution maintenance activities.

Constitute the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers;
Responsible for opening trouble tickets, initiation of functional escalation of incidents and receiving orders requests from the customer, in various types of applications;
Be in charge of alarm monitoring in IT / Telecom networks;
Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail).
