    - University degree – preferably Marketing
    - 3-5 years experience in Marketing/Brand Management
    - Very good project management & analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges within the larger market context and specifically for the assigned brand(s), attention to details
    - Solid knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles
    - Excellent problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude;
    - Results orientation with a passion for growth, combined with excellence in execution;


    - Follows the implementation stages of the projects for the product ranges allocated from the validation phase of the product range to its implementation.
    - Initiates actions for the development of the product range, supervise their implementation, and proposes corrective actions if necessary;
    - Proposes and is involved in the marketing policies for the assigned product range;
    - Obtains and analyzes the reactions of the clients/market to the launched products and proposes corrective actions if necessary;
    - Monitors the market and competitors in order to anticipate market trends for the allocated range, proposes actions based on these trends;
    - Collaborates with the other departments to ensure the stocks of products in accordance with the company policies; ensures that the manufacturing process has all the necessary materials for the production of newly launched products;
    - Collaborates with the Quality Department for the management of technical information and their availability in the organization;
    - Supports the Commercial department through internal and external courses/presentations for the allocated product range;
