5 to 8 years of professional experience both in the legal department of an international company and/or in a law firm by providing qualified legal support to corporations;
Fluent in local language and English in legal vocabulary;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law and qualified to practice law in Romania;
- Having past experience in handling litigation in the ordinary course of business; following procedures before local courts; handling administrative claims and disputes;
- Good organization skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Quick-minder, proactive and displaying a high level of energy whatever the circumstances;
- Open-minded, team-oriented, understanding internal customer expectations and needs;

- Providing overall legal support and advice to the Company and the business teams (including but not limited with HR, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Cash Collection);
- Supporting Central South Europe Legal Director related to any kind of legal and ethical related matters concerning the Central South Europe Affiliates; mainly related to Bulgaria IM Sales Contracts;
- Contributing to providing and maintaining good governance of the Company in accordance with the Group internal rules;
- Legal support to all types of contractual activities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with local suppliers, contractors, subcontractors;
- Checking compliance of contracts and activities of Company in Romania with applicable laws and regulations;
- Handling the administrative implementation of contracts (including orders and invoicing, payment and recovery of taxes); etc.
- Making the Company aware of new legislation, regulations and case-law related to its activities;
- Providing legal support with respect to potential acquisitions (due diligence etc.);
- Providing legal support with respect to real estate matters, permitting environmental regulations, energy supply;
- Providing legal support with respect to Insurance matters;
- Providing legal support with respect to GDPR/ Compliance/ Ethics matters;
- Contacting the local administrations, in coordination with the given manager, preparing and following-up filings (such as permit applications, customs and tax clearances), receiving documents, obtaining information and explanations, as need be;
- Upon request, handling litigation in the ordinary course of business; following procedures before local courts; handling administrative claims and disputes.
