This job is for you if you have:
Native level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written.
Prior experience in customer support/call center environment
Prior experience related to the UK market (preferred)
Availability to work in shifts (11-20;12-21 and on weekends by rotation)
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written).
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should.
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
Your role can include:
Providing first class customer service via voice and live chat
Ensuring all communication via phone or chat are handled professionally and promptly
Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
Achieving the key targets set
Adhering to quality standards and ensure consistency in all interactions
