    As a Customer Service Advisor with Ascensos, you will work in a fully supported environment where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.

    • Experience in front office environment and handling calls
    • Native level/fluency in German, C2 spoken & written
    • Ability to provide high levels of customer support
    • Ability to effectively swap between different communication channels (calls, chats, emails)
    • Customer and solution oriented
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Extended vocabulary, being able to express yourself in an elegant manner
    • Excellent listening abilities and customer focus (both verbal and written).
    • Problem solving oriented
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
    • Be flexible and adaptable to new situations
    • Ability to investigate and track issues
    • Adapting to KPI tracked performance environment
    • Multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail
    • Great team spirit but the ability to also work independent
    • Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
    • Available to work in shifts from 10:00-19:00 and 11:00-12:00, also in weekends

    Responsibilities

    Your role can include:
    Providing first class customer service via voice and live chat
    Ensuring all communication via phone or chat are handled professionally and promptly
    Recording details of customer comments on the database provided, leaving clear notes
    Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered
    Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
    Achieving the key targets set
    Adhering to quality standards and ensure consistency in all interactionsYou
