A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, ideally in financial or banking institutions;
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Technical fields, Mathematics or Computer Science;
Good analytical skills and ability to assimilate information and build new expertise quickly;
Rigor and attention to details;
A great advantage would be to possess technical expertise regarding IT infrastructure administration, networking and IT security knowledge. Also, we would like you to possess knowledge regarding the principles used in operating IT security systems, such as: SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewall and web applications firewall, DoS/DdoS, Antivirus/Antimalware;
Fluent in English (spoken & written);

You will monitor the IT applications & Business critical services at the bank level;
You will escalate the events that have the potential to present a major incident to the next level of technical expertise teams, namely L2 & L3 support;
You will coordinate the initial investigation related to major incidents and you also ensure a very good internal communication between all teams involved in solving the issue;
You will ensure the good organization of patch applying operations (outside working hours as to not impact the active users during the day);
You will register all of the incidents that have been submitted by the internal clients via phone/email. You will also analyze, clasify and distribute incidents that are submitted in our platform in order to hasten their settlement;
You will solve certain incidents based on your allocated area of competency;
You will inform the required users regarding the solving stages of the incidents that have been distributed to your area of competency;
You will verify with the end-users that the proposed solutions have indeed solved the raised issues;
Performs an analysis of the incidents if they are repetitive, escalating possible problems which can occur;

Also, please be advised that this job includes shifts, in order to cover a 24 hour activity (including weekends).
