    -Bachelor’s degree in logistics, or similar operations management areas
    -Fluent Romanian & English
    -Minimum 2 years’ experience on a similar position (Replenishment /Logistic /Distribution)
    -Inventory management
    -Systems knowledge: advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, experience using Navision/1NAV is preferable, as well as experience of using office productivity software (such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
    -Ability to lead and facilitate effective meetings, with a mix of functions and management levels
    -Knowledge of operating Planning & replenishment activities into a FMCG company
    -Preferable that the jobholder has working knowledge of the local trade environment


    - Operates & monitors Local replenishment and distribution activities – stock management.
    - Manages products returns in line with the customer service process agreed with the sales pillars
    - Supports local unit in terms of co-packing execution
    - Does regular inventory reconciliation between the transactional and WMS systems
    - Coordinates stock taking process in the unit
    - Manages products master data
    - Manages the inventory quality status resulting from quality reasons or management decisions
    - Organizes potential inventory transfers if needed between the domestic warehouse locations
    - Manages the daily communication with the Customer Service Team and Finance in local units
    - Manages products lifting in terms of daily coordination and communication to the local unit
    - Is the local, emergency contact point for emergency situations in terms of FG availability
    - Checks and registers, whenever the case, SC invoices (transport, services, etc) before payment
    - Coordinates the loading of goods being the contact point for factories and transport companies
    - Coordinates the invoicing process for warehouse damaged & missing items
    - Follows and reports Demand Planning KPI’s agreed in the unit
    - Offers support to local team members and ESE Demand & Planning team
