We are looking for a Junior Systems Engineer to be part of Teleperformance’s Romania network internet team.
You need to have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. You will work with a suite of vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba on switches, routers, firewalls, wireless equipment.

Skills to share with us:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Curiosity and desire to learn
- Attention in taking over the network incidents as well as in following the existing procedures
- Cisco routing, switching and security
- Minimum 1 year experience with network equipment preferably with Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Linux.

Responsibilities
- Update network equipment software
- Configure access lists on firewalls
- Allows network access in terms of routing and switching
- Replace hardware in case of damage
- To monitor the network activity of the devices and to act as soon as they notice an alert
- To take the assigned tickets for settlement
- Work closely with colleagues from other teams to resolve incidents
