IT Consultant for Identity and Access Management - IT TSR

Job Description:

- Operation: Ensure a high data quality inside IAM * Supporting netIQ IDM, Novell eDirectory infrastructure & application;

- Coordination with other IT departments, suppliers and customers;

- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis;

- Documentation of architecture and configuration;

- Work with incident tickets or service requests related to Identity & Access management;

- Managing system security, patching and upgrades;

- Handle IAM-SAP related tasks.

Job Requirements:

- Academic degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent qualification;

- Several years of working experience in the above-mentioned fields are desired;

- Active Directory administration is a plus;

- Novell eDirectory, NetIQ Identity Manager, SUSE Linux and Windows experience is a plus;

- IT Service management (Incident-, Change-, Problem- und Release-Management / ITIL);

- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German a plus;

- Good communication skills and capability to discuss technological concepts;

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving capability and goal oriented;

- Sound technical understanding without getting lost in technical details.
