    Requirements

    Previous experience working in a similar role as an IT Recruiter
    Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
    Manage the full recruitment life cycle
    Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
    Attention to detail and results-oriented person
    Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and observance of deadlines
    Advanced level of English.

    Responsibilities

    Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: research, active search, cold calling, interviews, financial offers
    CV screening and sourcing
    Analyzing the requests and needs of the clients
    Drafting job posts and promote them by all channels available
    Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking, and proactive search
    Informing candidates over the outcome of the selection process
    Oversee the recruitment process from job specifications to offer and acceptance
    Ensuring constant know-how transfer towards team members
    Planning and developing strategies in order to deliver the established results according to the client needs, improvement of internal recruitment tool
    Liaise with hiring managers and account managers for developing and implementing the most efficient recruitment plans and strategies.
