Education:

• Master's degree;

Minimum experience in the field:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management;

Know-how:

• Business management know-how in supply chain management and risk management;
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistic processes (particularly task force handling)

• Support the operational availability of the supply chain in case of delivery risks caused by shortages for any reasons
• During a supply chain incident, ensures a structured, comprehensive and coordinated information towards all impacted stakeholders/customers and supports the supply availability by coordinating e.g. customer releases
• Perform root cause analysis to avoid future supply chain shortages
• As member of the Task Force, act as interface between different stakeholders within Bosch Business Mobility sector, actively steering of cross-divisional task force topics
• Decide Business Continuity Management specific approach regarding Customer involvement per case and assure/execute aligned approach with the Bosch Mobility Divisional stakeholders
• Host daily / weekly global business continuity management Calls to inform about status and align activities
• Create and release Customer Information such as status report and coverage file
• Request active support from the Sales organization (internal /towards Customer) if required
• Discuss and coordinate cross-divisional topics such as the cross-divisional masterplan
