Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist – 6 months contract

YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Advanced level of English both in written as well as verbal communication;
• Passionate about Human Resources and Talent Acquisition; Have a good eye for identifying talent according to organization’s need;
• Good communication skills and customer focused;
• Good analysis and reporting capabilities;

Responsibilities:
• Partner with Recruiter to understand recruiting needs and sourcing strategies for the recruitment of middle and junior level candidates;
• Advertise roles on available job boards, review candidates and update recruitment system.
• Offer scheduling and sourcing support to Recruiters.
• Offer insights to Recruiter into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, challenges faced and propose new actions;
• Build and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
