    Requirements

    YOU NEED

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business or Sales role

    • Experience with Power BI, SalesForce.com is a plus

    Responsibilities

    The Commercial Excellence Analyst is acting as a point of contact for the commercial excellence and customer management processes in Garrett e.g. pricing, biding, new product introduction in regards to metrics, systems, tools to be used. The analyst is supporting the Customer Management effectiveness through contribution to the digital transformation, and is a key driver of the data management and sales process efficiency, and other critical initiatives such as sales incentive planning, RPA and so on.

    • Support leaders in having visibility over status of actions and follow-up through creating and distributing appropriate reports and dashboards
    • Drive user experience improvements on the competencies deployment and support new comers navigate through the process
    • Lead creation of appropriate training modules
    Support Robotic Process Automation initiatives (e.g. Should Price):
    • Automate data collection process (e.g. for creation of Should price analysis), in partnership with internal stakeholders
    • Support idea generation for transactional pricing (e.g. complete Should Price analysis for new & existing NPOs) in production to generate ideas for transactional pricing
    • Single Point of Contact post implementation
    Sales Incentive Plan support
    • Support the Sales Incentive Plan calculation (Dashboards data update)
    • Distribute according documentation to new hires, plan documents and results
    Support Commercial processes enhancement:
    • Map, create and maintain relevant operating instructions for sales processes
    • Develop methods and tools (i.e. reports) to help effectively plan, manage, and deliver on-going enhancements
    Onboarding for customer management function:
    • Update onboarding tools and dashboard (monthly basis) track status of onboarding monthly check
    Prepare Reports to Company Leadership
    • Prepare reports and presentations for executives and other company leaders (i.e. Should Price, time to quote etc.) to help increase revenue, meet Commercial goals and eliminate weaknesses within the company’s sales ecosystem
