QA Engineer

OC Prod is an international recruitment agency, specialized in areas such as engineering, medical, retail. IT, Finacial, BPO etc.

We are involved, together with our clients, who are also our partners in developing and implementing projects.

o University degree in engineering, computer sciences, information systems or equivalent pro-fessional qualification
o 2+ years of software testing experience (CRM, ERP)
o Proficient in analyzing business/ functional requirements and software technical specifica-tions
o Knowledge of using MS SQL databases/MySql/Maria DB
o Experience with the full software development life cycle including design, testing, deploy-ment and documentation activities;
o Experience with at least one bug tracking tool and test management tool
o Strong communication skills (spoken and written, both Romanian and English)
o Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication can-do attitude

o Responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive test strategy/test plans/ test cases to ensure software deliverables are meeting functional requirements;
o Create, maintain and execute test plans/ test cases for frontend and backend to meet software specifications/acceptance criteria;
o Root cause determination and description of the problem found;
o Document and report all test results in conjunction with test plans & test cases;
o Responsible for identifying problems not just in the product but also in the process; recommending changes wherever they can to improve the continuous delivery of world-class quality software
o Collaborate with developers/BAs/PMs to resolve issues discovered during the different phases of the test process;
o Establish and maintain good working relationships with peers in Business, Product and Technology;
