    For an important international leader in automation production, we are recruiting a communicative, client orientated person for the role of Customer Experience Specialist with German, within the purchasing team, responsible with the conversion of orders and placement to the suppliers.
    Critical skills:
    • Previous experience in Costumer Service field;
    • University graduated;
    • Good written and spoken fluency in German;
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP;
    • Previous contract with administration expertise will be nice to have.


    Main responsibilities:
    • Provide an efficient order management;
    • Insure generation and placement of Purchase Orders to suppliers;
    • Follow up activities for customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow;
    • Ensure the coordination with the factories and the warehouse for arranging deliveries;
    • Provide report tracking maintenance.
