    For one of our clients, world leader in automation production, we are recruiting a client-oriented person, for the role of Customer Experience Specialist with English, in order to be part of a dynamic proactive purchasing team, responsible to convert all orders and place them to the suppliers.

    Critical skills:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Services environment;
    • University graduated;
    • Previous contract with administration expertise will be a plus;
    • English written and spoken proficiency;
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP;
    • Customer and result orientation.


    Duties and responsibilities:
    • Insure an efficient order management;
    • Manage the generation and placement of Purchase Orders to suppliers;
    • Coordinate the receipt of goods for delivery orders and external deliveries;
    • Ensure the coordination with factories to arrange deliveries;
    • Ensure the coordination with warehouse for arranging deliveries;
    • Follow up activities for customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow;
    • Help the team with all necessary administration activities;
    • Provide report tracking maintenance.
