Essential Requirements:
- 0-1 years of experience;
- Advanced level of English;
- Very good organizational skills;
- Ability to work with deadlines and multiple tasks;
- Basic knowledge to lead candidates & hiring managers and basic industry knowledge, communication skills.

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources is responsible for promoting a positive image of Dell and recruiting new people to our global team. We take into account complex factors to build talent acquisition strategies that achieve business objectives while ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and business partners. Alongside forecasting hiring needs, undertaking interviews and conferring job offers, we advise business leaders on the talent strategy and deliver all TA metrics


You will:
- Coordinates all formalities related to candidate interviews, onboarding, in person discussions, video conferencing;
- Supports senior team members & leadership in TA activities;
- Works on initial screening of candidates for professional positions;
- Refers candidates & hiring managers to senior members for complex tasks;
- Facilitates document collection, monitoring of background and drug screen results and resolving various onboarding issues.
