    Experienta relevanta in vanzari, pe Modern Trade, de preferinta pe segmentul de FMCG(reprezinta avantaj);

    Absolvent studii superioare;

    Permis Cat B.;

    Persoana dinamica, cu abilitati dezvoltate de comunicare, prezentare, negociere, planificare, monitorizare si organizare;

    Capacitate de a evalua şi a lua decizii, capacitate de a lucra cu oamenii, claritate şi coerenţa in exprimare, punctualitate, corectitudine si responsabilitate;

    Abilitati de comunicare, relationare si putere de convingere;

    Este o persoana organizata, orientata catre rezultat si performanta, cu bune abilitati de negociere;

    Cunoaste limba engleza (nivel mediu/avansat);

    Are abilitati de utilizare a MS Office si experienta de lucru cu aplicatii informatice utilizate in vanzari;

    Are adaptabilitate, flexibilitate si rezistenta la stres, capacitate de lucru in echipa;
    Experienta in dezvoltarea si mentinerea relatiilor cu clientii.

    Responsabilitati

    - Coordoneaza si monitorizeaza activitatea de mercantizare a produselor pe raft pentru a avea un grad de umplere maxim si o expunere optima

    - Este responsabil de realizarea obiectivelor de performanta in clientii alocati de tip Key Account

    - Viziteaza zilnic clientii de pe ruta stabilita, promoveaza oferta si negociaza comenzi

    - Asigura respectarea standardului de prezenta pentru produsele companiei

    - Implementeaza actiunile promotionale de promovare

    - Ofera clientilor informatii despre produse, promoveaza produsele in vederea vanzarii

    - Asigura monitorizarea si cercetarea permanenta a pietei

    - Intocmeste periodic rapoarte si statistici de vanzare
