    Requirements

    Fluent German and English
    Proven ability to generate and develop new business opportunities ideally within the logistics sector or within a specific industry sector.
    Ambitious and driven with a proven track record of success in consultative selling.
    Effectively gather and use market/ client intelligence.
    Ability to act as an initial single point of contact with clients
    Highly autonomous with a positive “can do "attitude.
    Bright and articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
    Sharp commercial acumen.
    Ability to build strong internal relationships within the extended operation steam.
    Be fully flexible on travel – with a full clean UK driving license.

    Responsibilities

    Using your specific industry sector skills and experience, identify new business opportunities within your individual vertical Key Account and Tier 2 clients that are relevant to our services
    Develop and maintain regularly client development plans to achieve your targets reflected in the development plan
    Maintain regular client dialogue and meetings as per agreed review meeting schedule
    Qualify all leads to develop a strong, active pipeline that’s at least 10 x the annualized revenue target.
    Run and manage the sales cycle; including updating CRM in a timely manner, proposals, presentations and negotiations.
    Manage deals through the sales cycle at pace.
    Continually analyse the market and current business performance, using and sharing information as appropriate.
    Provide accurate and timely territory reports on sales activity and metrics, via CRM
    Maintain a solid customer portfolio report that flags risks, opportunities, renewal cycles, relationships, revenue forecasting and general development plans.
