Team Coordinator | Night Shift

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- At least 2-3 years of experience leading teams
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Proficient in English
- Analytical Thinking, proactive and innovative

- Manages a team of Team Leaders, Quality Analysts and Trainers
- Prepares and conducts Business Reviews and forecast reviews with the Client
- Ensures business alignment to the Clients’ overall service strategy and requirements
- Plans and develops methodologies and procedures to improve the operating quality of the customer services
- Ensures delivery of all reporting as per the account reports suites
- Reports into and works closely with shared Account Manager
