    Cerinte

    Basic knowledge in the online environment;
    Computer operating skills: Windows, MS Office;
    English – medium/advanced level;
    Good analytical thinking;
    Oriented towards innovation and new;
    Ability to work under stress conditions and deadlines;
    Ambitious, serious, persevering, optimistic, innovative person;
    Experience with eMag Marketplace and 2Perfomant platforms is not mandatory, but it can be considered a plus.

    Responsabilitati

    For our partner, an online toy store and kids articles, we are looking for a Junior online marketing specialist in Bucharest.

    Job description:

    We are looking for an enthusiastic person willing to learn and develop. The induction period will include a training with all the necessary knowledge for the role, and the learning process will be made gradually.

    Responsibilities:

    You will be working with two platforms: eMag marketplace platform and 2Performant.

    For eMag Marketplace platform management: eMag

    Monitoring the categories performance in the market, competition promotion activities and marketing campaigns, in order to adapt eMAG’s campaigns strategy according with the trend;
    Following up the Key Performance Indicators and proposing improvement measures and promo campaigns in order to reach the objectives;
    Implementing paid campaigns (eMAG Ads), analyzing results (such as ROAS, ROI, CPC, Conversion Rate) and optimizing them;
    Improving constantly the products category presentation/ listing adjustment on the website to show relevant information to the final customer;
    Identifying promotional campaigns (eMAG umbrella campaigns) and implementing them on eMAG Marketplace platform;
    Checking/editing product documentation, elaborating prices.

    For the affiliate marketing platform management – 2Performant

    Managing the promotional efforts for our brand and the daily basis operations of the affiliate program, including relations with affiliates, networks and partners;
    Planning promotions to increase the performance of the programs;
    Identifying and recruiting new affiliates/partners to promote our brand;
    Negotiating and managing agreements and commission structures for affiliate partnerships;
    Maintaining communication with the affiliates, e.g. provide information and materials about the sale events and tips&tricks that could help boost the performance of their promotional activity;
    Tracking, managing and optimizing existing affiliate partnerships via marketing tools;
    Synchronizing with graphic designers in order to create appealing visual content for various promotions;
    Improving brand awareness online – creating appealing content for the brand’s website, affiliates’ websites and social media channels;
    Coordinating monthly payments for the affiliate portfolio according to revenues;
    Preparing reports regarding the performance of the: affiliate programs, SEO activity, and other partnerships;
    Developing and communicating marketing strategies, campaign results and project recommendations;
    Identifying various problems related to the website, orders, product feed, tracking, and solving them with the dedicated team.
