Ideal profile of the candidate:

Strong technical person;
Team player;
Technical university degree;
English – advanced (both conversational and written).

Knowledge and skills:

Linux Administration (RedHat, Centos) – minimum 5 years of recent experience;
Proven experience in Windows Administration;
Proven experience in Active Directory & Azure Cloud;
Proven experience in Networking (Cisco switches and routers);
Proven experience in Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V);
Firewalls/IPS/IDS/DMZ technologies (e.g. Checkpoint, iptables);
Web Servers Administration (Apache, Nginx);
Backup and restore operation;
Familiar with VPN (IPSEC), monitoring tools and Wi-Fi Administration.

Nice to have skills:

General Cloud Services knowledges, Kubernetes, IP Routing, BGP, Java application deployment and management (Glassfish, Tomcat), Containerization (Docker);
Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL);
Shell scripting (Bash);
Storage Administration (ISCSI, NFS, SAN).

Open position: IT Infrastructure & Admin Manager

Job description:

The IT Manager will manage the IT Infrastructure team and will be responsible for the IT infrastructure of the office. He will be the main contact point for communication with all departments and HQ in IT Infrastructure projects and activities. He will be the main technical point of contact for external suppliers or contractors.

Responsibilities:

Manage virtual infrastructure based on VMware and housed Linux and Windows VMs;
Manage physical infrastructure;
Manage OS and Applications (functionality level);
Manage Firewalls (Checkpoint, iptables);
Manage the environment infrastructure (production, test, development);
Produce technical documentation and procedures;
Conduct computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems;
Perform backup and restore operations;
Manage access security at all levels (users – credentials, VPN, network protocols);
Apply security procedures;
Carry out capacity analysis and system evaluation;
Collaborate with all departments on incident management;
Proactively propose improvement actions for the hosting and housing services.
