    Were looking for candidates who:

    • Have the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment process;
    • Have a passion to create exceptionally good candidate experience; you believe that candidate experience starts from the very first message, and you're an advocate of a candidate-first philosophy.
    • Have experience of promoting job opportunities and sharing company insight via social channels.
    • Have a passion for technology and the desire to learn more about IT industry.
    • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Romanian and English.
    • Have a Bachelor's degree.


    A typical day as an IT Recruitment Researcher in our company includes:

    • Partner with your recruiter to understand the hiring needs.
    • Develop a sourcing strategy to build a diverse pipeline of candidates and attract passive talent.
    • Find and engage active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques.
    • Match profiles with job description during research activity and cold calling
    • Regularly update the recruitment database
    • Build relationships with strong talent in the marketplace, communicate professionally, and leverage strategic thinking to run a successful search process and help hire the right talent.
    • Provide feedback to the candidates after participating to the selection process.
