    The pillars of the PX Team are:

    Understand the business processes, the profitability drivers and how they are connected with the KPIs.
    Promote and explain the importance of your internal clients KPIs;
    Understand how adults learn and use different learning methods that suit the client’s need;
    Act as an owner of all the learning products, delivering them from ideation to implementation and review;
    Iterate, fail and get feedback fast while shaping learning products for your client;
    Use data and psychological concepts to drive your decisions;
    Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Responsabilitati

    What will you do in our team?


    The People Experience Program Manager is responsible of various programs impacting the employee lifecycle. The short term focus will be on

    Onboarding:

    Works on collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback aimed to improve the onboarding process both on the organizational level and for each business unit;
    Coordinates the organizational onboarding experience end-to-end by engaging all the stakeholders involved: IT Support, Employee Relations, Facilities, Recruitment Team, People Managers;
    Coordinates the delivery of our monthly Welcome Breakfast;
    Informally coordinates all People Development Consultants to plan and deliver the onboarding for all business areas;
    Measures the impact of all onboarding initiatives by looking at all the data sources available.

    Career Development:

    Is in charge of designing and implementing the career development approach for all business areas;
    Coordinates our Career Coaching program, aimed at growing an internal talent pool for future recruitment needs;
    Keeps in touch with eMAG employees regarding career development opportunities through a series of Career Development events;
    Measures the impact of all career development initiatives by looking at all the data sources available.

    Engagement:

    Manages the implementation and improvement of the Action Planning process which happens as a result of our bi-annually Engagement Survey together with our People Development Consultants, People Analytics & Tools Team & HR Business Partners;
    Designs and manages the implementation of a pre-360 Feedback Action Planning Process together with our People Development Consultants, People Analytics & Tools Team & HR Business Partners.
