 With these skills, you are a great candidate:

Fraud Risk Operations /Telecom/ IT Service Delivery/ ITES
Investigations Experience in large scale organizations/ Physical Security benchmark/ Strategy/ Technology awareness
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
 

Managing Critical Investigations (CAT A and CAT B) and including Senior Leadership.
Conducting Fraud Risk Assessments on a yearly basis across all _VOIS locations.
Working closely with other risk functions such as Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Enterprise Risk to evaluate Fraud risks.
Vodafone Case Management Point of Contact in order to liaise with _VOIS, Group and Location Triage teams.
Assist the Head of Corporate Security and be responsible for executing and providing input for shaping and driving strategy, transformation and performance of Corporate Security function at _VOIS.

 
With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:

Aligning with Group Corporate Security guidelines and objectives across locations.
Provide intelligence inputs on Fraud risk patterns across _VOIS.
Act as a bridge between Group Corp Sec SMEs and _VOIS stakeholders to implement Corp sec directives.
Specific awareness and trainings to be designed as a part of robust anti-fraud mechanism.
Inputs to Enterprise Risk and other Risk functions such as InfoSec, Privacy etc.
Monitoring and Implementation of _VOIS specific procedures, exceptions to group and _VOIS policies, risk control matrix etc., through location heads of Corp Sec across _VOIS Locations.
Ensuring the organization has a robust Fraud Strategy and Framework.
Managing Speak-ups across _VOIS and coordinating with Group and Local Triage teams.
Publish qualitative and quantitative metrics on periodic basis for fraud/investigations/DLP.
Aligning _VOIS level Fraud risks and Investigations with
the _VOIS level procedures and guidelines.
Leadership in Fraud Risk and Investigations provided
across the current and future _VOIS Locations.
