What We expect from you:
Proficiency in French and English or Italian and English
Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
Good technical skills and knowledge
Excellent communication skills
What You will be doing :
Maintain client relationships through product support.
Respond to client's inquiries via all available channels.
Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues
