    The human brain is the most powerful computer in existence. Like a computer, it has software and works with the data we "enter".

    Our results depend on the quality of the data entered, on the software we use. We look at some people around us who mobilize fantastically, get good results and seem to make no effort; on the other hand we see people who "struggle" to get results. What makes the difference?     I have been active in JTI for 19 years and I had several managerial positions in sales, administration and HR. The experiences I lived over the years in this company helped me a lot to understand human nature, expectations, aspirations, the way each of us sees things. But, most of all, I learned how to understand and appreciate DIVERSITY at its fair value. The fact that we are different, adds value to each organization. I am passionate about understanding how the human brain works and how we can "reinvent" ourselves.

    I am a Human Resources professional from a multinational company, with a rich experience in creating and delivering personal and professional development programs for sales teams. In the 22 years of professional activity I progressed from sales agent, sales manager and ended up in a position of Sales People & Culture Manager. On my current position, I am in charge of recruiting sales people, delivering trainings, workshops, drawing up development plans.

    I like to spend my free time with activities from which I take energy, play tennis, run, read, clean the house and cook.😊 I am passionate about evolution and people, I like to be amongst them and to "get energy" from them.
