    We are looking for a Customer Care Representative with French and Italian .There are so many places to succeed in this company we’ll give you the chance to move around, build your skills and make your experience as a Backoffice agent with French and Italian

    Language/communication skills:
    -Good knowledge of Italian ( writing);
    -Good knowledge of French ( writing);
    -Good knowledge of English


    Key Responsibilities:
    -Deliver exemplary customer service via email.
    -Answer email / social media messaging from world leading hotel group’ customers;
    -Handle queries about new reservations, changes to existing bookings and other aspects of hospitality, services, baggage queries.
