    Our colleagues in the Invoice to Cash teams are looking for a new Cash & Coding Intern.

    As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food we’ll be looking at you to show us how processing trade deductions and non trade deductions are done and how we can reach high standards of quality on continuous improvement to achieve efficiencies and decrease costs.


    HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    As an Invoice to Cash Intern, you will be responsible for performing work activities included in the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process for the Kellogg organization. In support of the Global Business Services strategic objectives.

    You will validate and process customer deductions and reimbursement requests, will be responsible for timely processing of customer deductions and payments through independent decision making including research and validation. You will assist with processing a volume of sales orders in an accurate and efficient manner by ensuring the completeness of sales orders; learn and apply providing a seamless and satisfying internal customer experience for all interactions with the Kellogg Centre ITC team, understand, adopt and meet compliance measures, resolve inquiries from internal OTC teams and generate when needed, create transactional documents in SAP.

    High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    Fresh University graduate or master/ final year student;
    Language Skills: English (advanced).
