SINE QUA NON
University degree in Economics or IT field
Relevant work experience in a related area or banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks is a plus
Good knowledge of reporting principles and reporting software applications
Knowledge of Data warehouse concepts and principles
Knowledge of banking activities and software applications
Ability to assimilate business changes and incorporate them into the systems
Knowledge of business analysis principles and implementation experience is a plus
Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
Knowledge of a BI tool is a plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL programming language
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical skills
Agile, thinking out of the box
Very good communications skills
Highly responsible and accurate, paying attention to details
Very responsible person, team worker, quick learner, innovative, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements.
Perform technical processes analysis, identify data available and diagnose informational system improvement needs from the reporting perspective
Perform technical analysis of new requirements and propose solutions for updating existing reports and/or implementing as new ones
Propose solutions and participates to the parameterization of the Bank applications and software, in order to meet the requirements
Develop and maintain reports under Business Intelligence tools, in line with the actual and future reporting goals of the organization
Maintain and improve the existing Business Intelligence solutions for reporting
Participate in technical analysis along with the owner of the request in order to design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets accuracy, performance, usability and business requirements
Create, review and maintain the technical documentation of the MIS reports
Perform maintenance activities for the MIS reports
Create and follow a reporting implementation plan
Propose and implement methods to monitor, control and improve the reporting activities
