Sr. MIS Business Analyst - close-end contract

SINE QUA NON

 University degree in Economics;
 At least 4 years of relevant banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks;
 Relevant experience in business reporting area (Risk, Accounting, Controlling) and in MIS reporting area;
 Knowledge of business and technical analysis principles and implementation experience;
 Proven ability of transforming business requirements into data requirements;
 Good knowledge of reporting principles and reporting software applications;
 Ability to assimilate business changes and incorporate it into the systems;
 Fluent English, both spoken and written;
 Knowledge of project management principles is a plus;
 Knowledge of a BI tool, such as Business Objects is a plus.

IN SHORT

 Perform the primary analysis regarding new requirements of MIS reports and also do the detailed analysis of their business specification, cooperating directly with the report initiator and/or the beneficiary;
 Use reporting Business Intelligence software applications and databases in order to achieve business information requirements;
 Propose solutions and participates to the parameterization of the Bank applications and software, in order to meet the requirements;
 Participate in UAT phase;
 Provide opinion on reporting impact of projects;
 Create and maintain the set of key performance and risk indicators (KPIs and KRIs) of MIS reports;
 Participate in reports design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets accuracy, performance, usability and business requirements;
 Propose and implement methods to monitor, control and improve the reporting activities;
 Analyze the impact of changes: organizational, information flows, financial indicators, chart of accounts etc, on MIS reports and reporting methodology framework;
 Maintain and improve the existing Business Intelligence solutions for reporting.
