Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

- minimum 1 year of work experience (HR Admin, Payroll);

- open personality: likes interacting with people, interested in others, a real team-player;

- bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;

- energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;

- negotiation skills with a consultative approach;

- university degree;

- medium English level.

-developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and offering Human Resources administration support;

-prepare the legal required documents for employment contracts initiation and closure

-updating files with employees;

-helping clients through e-mail, phone, online calls and in person meetings in payroll, HR, -labor legislation issues;

-serve as the point of contact for all employee matters and provide guidance to the employees;

-preparing different HR, payroll, statistic reports for accounting and auditing purposes;

-update all the employment changes related to the individual labor
