Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

-minimum 4 years of work experience in payroll execution in a company of 200+ employees; preferably experience in recruitment and staffing agencies;
-excellent knowledge of payroll administration;
-excellent knowledge of the Romanian labor law;
-excellent knowledge of payroll software programs;
-organisational skills, accuracy and detail orientation;
-bright and sharp mind with a "go-getting'' attitude and assertive communication;
-energetic, result-oriented and proactive approach;
-university degree;
-medium English level

-responsible & fully accountable for the payroll of multiple clients;
-responsible for scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures;
-maintains complete, accurate and timely client and employee records based on real time requests;
-utilize all internal tools & defined processes to ensure optimal productivity and service excellence
