    -advance English proficiency (speaking and writing);
    -excellent knowledge of MS Office (or google suite);
    -copy writing – being able to produce attractive, compelling prose on demand;
    -nice to have at least 1 year marketing assistant experience;
    -nice to have previous experience or knowledge of Google Analytics, Photoshop, video content creation, Adobe InDesign;
    -personal charisma - an ability to charm and connect with people
    -well organized - dealing with several tasks at once
    -increased resistance to stress
    -relentless determination to make things happen
    -high level of responsibility
    -teamwork - communicating well with others working on the same projects
    -excellent communication and relationship skills
    -innovative, able to adopt latest trends and approaches in marketing area


    -be part of the implementation team for the new website of the company
    -translate and adapt materials that are received from Randstad Holding
    -frequently perform market research to check new changes as a background that sales team can act upon for turning opportunities in solid sales
    -draft reports and adverts
    -offer consistent support to HR Consultants in designing and posting job aids on social media
