For our business partner, one of the main producers of industrial water management applications and supplier of equipment for various industries, we are looking for a seasoned Area Sales Manager to expand the customer base and achieve sales quotas in the territory assigned.
The Area Sales Manager's responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.

Technical Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 7 years of industry sales experience.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in purified water systems, water treatment equipment, laboratory equipment.
Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
Negotiation and social problem-solving skills
Willing to travel for business purposes when it is needed.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Must have a valid driver's license.
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
Responsible for the promotion and sale of products in the portfolio.
Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
Builds and develops the individual portfolio of clients.
Contributes to the increase of the sales volume, in accordance with the company's objectives.
Negotiates and concludes contracts.
Follows the evolution of the relations with the clients from the formed and owned portfolio and their loyalty through the cross-selling activity.
Constant information regarding the news of the business market and of the competitors.
Analyses customer requests, prepares sales offers, and completes the sales process.
Prepares the necessary documents for bidding, selling, and collecting.
Maintains permanent contact with customers, providing them with the necessary assistance during the partnership with them.
