    • Proficiency in English & German;
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Analytical thinking;
    • Customer Service orientation;
    • Ability to grasp concepts quickly and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities;
    • Ability to meet deadlines, providing accurate and thorough results;
    • Nice to have experience in working with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.

    Responsabilitati

    • Perform price-checking of offers to assess offer competitiveness based on request and prioritization;
    • Ensure amenities offered on our website are in-line with amenities advertised on other platforms;
    • Respond to and process queries received from suppliers (rate amends, close-out requests, top-ups, booking summaries) in a timely manner;
    • Contact respective teams for additional details with regards to contracts, rates, and approvals;
    • Assist the customer support department by investigating various queries received from the end-users and suppliers
