Studii universitare tehnice (preferabil in domeniul auto);
Experienta de minimum 6 luni in activitatea de service autoturisme/autoutilitare (receptie, devizare, ofertare, garantii);
Cunostinte tehnice auto (cunostintele de electrica 12-24Vcc/hidraulica/pneumatica constituie avantaj);
Limba engleza - nivel mediu spre avansat (conversational si in scris);
Experienta anterioara cu programe de gestiune piese auto reprezinta un avantaj.

Consilierea clientilor in toate etapele procesului de service;
Mentinerea relatiei cu furnizorii externi (Bucher Municipal, Geesinknorba, Multihog, Energreen, TSM, RCM) si interni;
Preluarea solicitarilor de oferta si a comenzilor de piese auto, precum si intocmirea ofertelor/informarea clientilor cu privire la statusul comenzilor;
Identificarea in programele existente a pieselor solicitate;
Administrarea comenzilor de achizitii si facturilor aferente;
Oferirea de informatii si suport tehnic.

Alte detalii:
Contract: durata determinata de 3 luni cu posibilitate de prelungire pe durata nedeterminata;
Program: Luni-Vineri 09.00-18.00 (cu o ora pauza de masa);
Locatie: in vecinatatea Hornbach Militari (Autostrada Bucuresti-Pitesti, km 11.5). Exista solutie de transport pentru locatie.
